SMC's Fishing Partners Program   The chapter has a fishing partners program, which is managed at the monthly chapter meeting. Two lists are maintained at the meeting: One list is for those members who do not have a boat and are willing to crew on a member's boat. A second list is of those members who have a boat and are looking for members to take fishing. It is expected that all members fishing with another member will share expenses.
